
Learning from the failures in many countries (including developed countries), it should be emphasized that actually the "hot ball" is not in the government but in the hands of the people. Proven initiatives from the government in several developed countries have failed! Therefore
the main role here is the community. Increasing their knowledge is the most important thing, nothing else!
Because how is it possible for a country to escape dependence on fossil fuels and achieve energy independence, if people in cities -even among the educated people- still don't know or are still antipathy with this alternative solution?
Facts! Even without infrastructure assistance from the government, you can find members in the
community who use this vehicle for daily activities, since 2007 until now. It will be too late when the government has been supported but then not followed by an increase in public insight. It's also a waste of time and budget, if you don't want to learn from failures in other countries. Then we were left behind &

This movement is more of an attempt to change a mindset that is hundreds of years old, towards a more modern habit.
